The Service, theWebsite, the App, and the Commerce Platform, and In-Store Collection arecollectively referred to as the “Solution.”

Where a user makes an order to a dispensary, the Solutionprovides information on your name, email address, phone number, reservationtime, delivery location, and the specific products and the quantities youordered to the dispensary to facilitate the order. Based on information that wegather about your shopping history or consumers with similar shoppinghistories, we may, subject to your stated preferences, suggest products to you.We also use personal information to operate our business, which includes analyzingour performance, meeting our legal obligations, and doing research. When we askyou to provide personal information, you can decline, but if you do, you maynot be able to access the Website or use the Service or you may not be able touse certain features.
Cookies and other Technologies
Sweed uses third parties’ analytic and tracking tools tobetter understand who and how people are using the website and how to improvethe effectiveness of the website, and to help serve more targeted advertisingto you. Third party companies may use cookies, pixel tags or other technologiesto collect and store anonymous information, such as time of visit, pagesvisited, time spent using the website, device identifiers, type of operatingsystem used and other website(s) you may have visited. They might combineinformation they collect from your interaction with the website with personalinformation they collect from other sources. We do not have access to, norcontrol over, third parties’ use of cookies or other tracking technologies. Forinstance, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google,Inc. By providing your mobile phone number and/or email addressthrough the Website or to a dispensary, you expressly consent to receiveinformational and transactional messages at the mobile phone number and/oremail address provided to Sweed and/or the dispensary. Standard per minute calland message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of receiving marketingmessages at any time.
Additional Rights of California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California ConsumerProtection Act provides you with specific rights regarding your personalinformation. You have the right to:

Our Policies Concerning Children
You must be either (a) a valid medical marijuana patient 18years or older or (b) 21 years or older in order to create an account on theWebsite, Service or In-Store. We do not knowingly collect or use personalinformation from anyone under these ages. If we become aware that anyone underage has provided us with personal information, we will delete that informationand the associated account.
Users Outside of The United States
The Service and the servers upon which the Service is hostedare located in the United States and are intended only to be used byindividuals in the United States. Personal Information you submit using theSolution will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using theSolution and submitting Personal Information, you authorize this transfer. Forthe avoidance of doubt, Joyleaf is not designed for, or targeted to, or in anyway offering goods or services to users who are outside of the United States.
